1. Return Policy

At Threadleeon, we take pride in offering high-quality customized products. Since all orders are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges or replacements.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is defective or incorrect.
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue.
• If the order includes a combo or multipack, the complete set must be returned.
• Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return:

1. Contact us via email or phone and provide the unboxing video as proof of the issue.
2. Our team will review the request, and if the claim is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
3. Once the return is received and passes our quality check, a refund will be processed.

Note: We do not offer direct exchanges or replacements. Refunds will be issued only if the return request meets our policy guidelines.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only for eligible return cases.

• The refund amount will be credited back once the returned product passes quality verification.
