3. Orders & Payments
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. However, you may request a refund under our Return Policy.In case of incorrect pricing or product details due to errors, Threadleeon reserves the right to update the information and refuse any sale at incorrect prices.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped as per the method chosen at checkout. In cases where an alternative shipping method is used, customers will not be charged extra.Threadleeon is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government policies, etc.).
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.
- Customers must return the entire product in its original packaging within 2 days of receiving it.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back after quality inspection.
- Courier charges are non-refundable.
Unboxing Video Requirement for Refunds in Case of Damage
To process any refund for a damaged product, customers must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The package in its original sealed condition.
- The product being removed from the packaging.
- The defect or damage clearly visible.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process refund claims.

Threadleeon’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.We are not responsible for indirect costs, losses, or expenses incurred by customers while making purchases.
